Delivery Lead - PSR

Dublin (Hybrid) Contract - Initial 6 months

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Delivery Lead to drive end to end delivery across a major payments regulatory change programme.

You will take ownership of end to end delivery across multiple regulatory workstreams, translating approved designs into clear delivery plans and driving execution across technology, operations and third parties.

This is a senior role suited to someone experienced in complex, multi stream financial services programmes, with strong exposure to payments and/or Open Banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end delivery across payments and Open Banking workstreams
• Translate designs into clear, sequenced delivery plans
• Manage dependencies, risks and delivery alignment across teams
• Drive delivery across technology, operations and third party vendors
• Lead governance forums and delivery working groups
• Ensure delivery meets regulatory and control expectations
• Oversee vendor selection and onboarding where required
• Drive go live readiness and transition into BAU

Skills Required

• Proven Delivery Lead / Programme Delivery experience in financial services
• Strong track record delivering payments and/or Open Banking programmes
• Experience working on regulatory change (PSD2, PSR, PSD3 or similar)
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi stream delivery environments
