Delivery Lead - Payments & Open Banking Reg Programme

Ports North is seeking a Delivery Lead for a hybrid role in Dublin, focusing on payments and Open Banking regulatory programmes. The successful candidate will take ownership of delivery across multiple regulatory workstreams, translating designs into actionable plans and managing execution across technology and third parties. Ideal applicants will have proven experience in financial services, strong knowledge of payments and regulatory changes like PSD2 and PSD3. This is an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.
