Job Description
Cytora, now part of Applied Systems, seeks a Delivery Manager within the Customer Success team to drive agile delivery and stakeholder alignment for successful deployments. You will manage resources, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure governance and measurable benefits across projects.
You'll partner with the Head of Delivery to enhance post-launch support, benefits realization, and continuous improvement while fostering collaboration across Product and Customer Success.
