Overview

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Hands on experience leading the design, development and deployment of enterprise solution at scale.
• Deep technical expertise and consulting acumen to effectively guide customers through their AWS cloud transformation journey.
• Customer facing skills to represent AWS well and drive discussions with senior personnel regarding trade offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud architecture and DevOps design and implementation at the enterprise scale.
• Experience in infra as code, software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies.
• Current hands on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience.
• Strong presentation competency for leading technical workshops and customer presentations.
• Experience integrating cloud services with on premise technologies from Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP.
