TLDR: Help our customers get real value from AI on construction and infrastructure projects. We're looking for an early-career generalist who can run training, keep rollouts on track and support customer teams closely, with a path into solving customer problems directly on the platform. Reports to a Delivery Lead. London, £70-110k + 0.25-0.5% equity grant, visa sponsorship available.

About Us

We're an AI-first company, and that starts with our own work. We automate what we can and do old-school what we must, building the tools and knowledge that teams of humans and AIs need to run construction and infrastructure projects.

Our product consists of two halves: a customer-facing platform that runs both standard and bespoke project scheduling apps, supports large-scale datasets, complex integrations and large groups of users and runs an AI copilot; and an internal AI operating system that automates and supports our own work. It dials into meetings, analyses customers' screen-shares and shared datasets, builds implementation plans, orchestrates coding agents and validation systems - and pushes PRs.

We're a small team in London (8 people), growing fast, and looking for people who see a problem and run at it - figuring things out, and not stopping at "that's not my job." Any new joiner can make a big difference. We raised our Seed round earlier this year at a $25m valuation, and are now aggressively scaling the business.

Our customers are large contractors, infrastructure builders and asset owners. They build railways, highways, airports, power plants, solar farms, steel mills and more. We work with them to improve the construction schedules for these assets.

The Role

Planlab is an AI project controls platform, with customer-specific layers on top: custom agent skills and workflows, agentic reporting, and integrations with the customer's own systems. The Delivery Associate makes delivery actually happen: preparing and running training, coordinating rollouts across business units, supporting users day to day and feeding what you learn back into the product.

You'll present to customers and run sessions with them yourself, not just in the background. Keen generalists and people with a more technical background are both welcome. Either way there's a path into building customisations on the platform yourself, into leading accounts, or into other parts of the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver training sessions, onboarding and workshops for customer teams
• Coordinate rollouts across business units and user groups, sequencing and tracking who goes live when
• Build and maintain training materials, guides and walkthroughs
• Be the day-to-day contact for users on the accounts you support
• Test new workflows and customisations before they go to customers, and gather feedback afterwards
• Track delivery progress, actions and follow-ups so nothing slips between meetings
• Capture what customers ask for, struggle with and care about, and relay it clearly to the delivery and product team
• Collaborate with platform engineers when deeper platform changes are needed
• Over time, solve customer problems directly using the platform and its AI tooling

What We're Looking For

• Curious and quick to learn new tools, including AI tools, and comfortable using them in your own work; modelling, data or light scripting experience is a plus
• Strong problem solver: takes ownership and finds a way through, rather than waiting to be told
• Excellent structured communicator, in person and in writing
• Organised across several workstreams at once
• Confident in front of customers: can run a training session or workshop on your own
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change in an early-stage startup
• Interest in construction or infrastructure is a plus, but not required

• First 1-4 years at MBB, investment banking or similar
• Junior product or technical roles with customer exposure
• Early-career startup generalists who have worn several hats
• Planners, project controls or engineering people looking to move into tech
• Anyone who has run training, onboarding or rollouts for a software product
