Delay analyst

Role

We have several exciting opportunities for Delay Analysts who are willing to travel across the UK and have the flexibility to be away from home Monday to Friday. As a Delay Analyst, you will provide clients with effective claims advice based on detailed forensic examination and analysis of project information and data. This is a consultancy role requiring the ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional assignments responsibly
• Assist with 'live' planning where necessary
• Conduct delay analysis independently
• Ensure project delivery aligns with client requirements
• Apply knowledge of project planning techniques
• Support major claims and dispute resolution processes

Individual

• Ideally hold a degree in a construction-related field
• Have a sound understanding of current construction methodologies
• Possess full knowledge of delay analysis methods
• Have good knowledge of contract conditions and construction law
• Be proficient with planning software (e.g., P6, Powerproject)
• Have a proven track record in claims delivery
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills
• Be presentable and articulate
• Be an excellent organizer with proven time management skills
