DEI Coordinator - Hybrid HR & Recruitment Champion

Howden Group Holdings is seeking a DEI Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition and DEI priorities within a growing HR function. You will coordinate DEI initiatives, track action plans, plan events, and help embed inclusive practices across recruitment.

You will work with multiple stakeholders, produce reports, and provide insights to guide decisions while contributing to inclusive job descriptions and recruitment materials. Hybrid working is available.
