Defense & Government Sales Director EMEA Gilat Defense Division Management

We're a well-established global tech company, and we're seeking a seasoned BD and Sales Director for Defense & Government EMEA to drive full-cycle defense-sector SATCOM sales across Europe. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution-from identifying opportunities and engaging with customers to closing contracts.

• Establish strategic relationships with decision makers in the European defence SATCOM market.
• Hunt for new business and cultivate pipeline growth across European defense markets.
• Own the entire sales process-prospecting, bid strategy, contract negotiation, and deal closing.
• Lead solution definition in collaboration with internal stakeholders (engineering, pricing, legal).
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and government events.

• Bachelor's degree minimum (technical or business background preferred)
