Defendant PI Litigator - Fast Track

Role Overview A respected commercial law firm, known for its strong presence in the defendant personal injury sector, is seeking a Fast Track Litigator to join its Bradford office. In this full-time role, you'll handle a caseload of fast-track EL/PL claims-primarily in the retail sector-from litigation through to trial. You'll work within a supportive, collaborative team that values quality service and legal excellence.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

• Up to 3 years' experience in defendant litigation (essential)
  
  
• Experience handling fast-track EL/PL claims (preferable)
  
  
• Understanding of litigation in the retail sector (preferable)
  
  
• Strong case management and organisational skills
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
  
  
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
