Drafting pleadings, preparing reports and advising clients on litigation strategy.
Investigating liability and gathering relevant evidence.
Instructing experts and considering complex medical causation issues.
Attending court hearings and managing cases in line with court deadlines and directions.
Working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure claims are handled commercially and effectively.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 2 years' PQE and experience handling multi-track litigation, ideally within defendant RTA or personal injury work.
You will have:

A background in RTA, motor or personal injury litigation.
Previous defendant experience, ideally involving higher-value claims.
Strong technical and analytical skills, with a commercial approach to litigation.
The ability to manage competing priorities and build effective client relationships.
The Opportunity
You will join a substantial and nationally recognised team handling complex claims for leading insurers, with the opportunity to develop your technical expertise and progress your career within an established international firm.
The team is based in Birmingham, although candidates based elsewhere will be considered, with remote working available.
