Defendant EL/PL Solicitor, NQ-2 Years PQE, Birmingham, Leading International Law Firm, Hybrid Working - A highly regarded international law firm is seeking a talented Newly Qualified to 2 PQE Defendant EL/PL Solicitor to join its market-leading Insurance team based in Birmingham. JOB REF:4428.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a nationally recognised practice acting on behalf of insurers, major corporate organisations and public sector clients. You'll manage a varied caseload of employers' liability and public liability matters, handling both litigated and pre-litigated claims while gaining exposure to complex, high-value personal injury cases.
Working alongside experienced partners and leading insurance specialists, you'll receive exceptional mentoring and support, allowing you to develop your technical expertise and progress your career within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
Applications are welcomed from solicitors who have gained defendant personal injury experience during their training contract or since qualification. Previous exposure to EL/PL claims would be advantageous, although candidates with broader defendant insurance litigation experience who are looking to specialise in EL/PL will also be considered.
