Job Description

OMNIA Training in the United Kingdom is seeking a Training Designer to deliver collective training event design for the British Army within a hybrid setup in Warminster. You will lead design work across Live, Virtual and Constructive environments and coordinate with Army stakeholders to align with doctrine and operational tempo.

The role requires proven experience in JSP 822, DSAT processes, and strong governance, risk management and communication skills.
