Defence Training Consultant

10 month contract, 5 days per week onsite in Berkshire, £530 per day - Inside IR35.

• Designing, writing and creating Training materials.
• DV Clearance.

Training Consultant Responsibilities

• Design, write and create Training materials across different methods and media - quick reference guides, eLearning/CBT, and classroom courses.
• Create CBT using Lectora.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses to JSP822 DSAT standard (Defence Systems Approach to Training) - desirable but not vital.

The Training Consultant will work alongside a Training colleague already on the project to share the task of creating Training materials in line with the agreed Training solution (resulting from a TNA conducted for the project), and assist with conducting further DSAT-compliant TNAs as required for future capabilities.

Desired Competencies
