Defence Facilities Helpdesk Specialist (Maximo & KPIs)

Mitie is seeking a Helpdesk Operative for the Armada PFI contract at HMNB Devonport in Plymouth. You will be the first point of contact for reactive maintenance, accurately logging and prioritising requests, and managing work orders in the Maximo CAFM system.

You will coordinate dispatches, monitor progress, and contribute to KPI reporting within a secure defence environment. Key duties include logging calls, prioritising tasks, and ensuring data quality for audits.
