Defence Contract Administrator - Operations Support

Purpose of Role
We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join the team working on a defence contract based out of RMA Sandhurst.
Job Description
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the operational team by ensuring administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential environment.
Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the contract management team
Managing emails, correspondence and documentation
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Scheduling meetings and taking minutes where required
Supporting compliance documentation and reporting requirements
Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders
Ensuring documentation meets security and contractual requirements
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience in previous roles , including minute taking
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
