Debt Advice Specialist (Trainee or Qualified)

Citizens Advice Luton is seeking a Debt Advice Caseworker (trainee or qualified) to join our specialist debt advice team. The role involves assessing clients and providing advice via telephone, face-to-face, and email, then supporting with next steps and liaising with creditors.

This fixed-term 12-month contract offers full training where needed and a chance to develop skills in debt management and advocacy within a supportive local charity.
