Dealership Host/Receptionist

We are looking for a receptionist/dealership host to work in our MALTON dealership on one of two front reception desks.

Responsibilities

• Answering the telephone, meeting and greeting customers, hosting the customer reception area and light administrative duties.
• As the first person the customer sees you will create a friendly but professional first impression. You will have an outgoing personality, a very smart appearance and an excellent telephone manner.
• You may have previously worked in a customer facing role and will strive to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience of Microsoft Office is required.
