We are excited to announce a newly created opportunity to join our Go-To-Market Operations Team as our Deal Operations Analys t As our Deal Operations Analyst , you will help to build and run Tracksuit's first-ever Deal Operations function, bringing structure and commercial rigour to our fast-growing sales operations. As a foundational hire into our GTM Ops team, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on quality control, loves untangling complexity, and is passionate about keeping deals clean, compliant, and moving quickly. This role will see you collaborating closely across many of our internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal and Customer Success) to ensure scalable processes that support data accuracy, revenue integrity, and a great customer experience. Why Tracksuit? As one of Australasia's fastest-growing startups, we have assembled a world-class team comprising kind, ambitious, generous, and intelligent individuals. Our vision is to be used in every strategic growth conversation for the best consumer brands of today and tomorrow. We're doing this by becoming the common language to measure, understand and communicate the value of brand building. This role sits within our GTM Ops team, supporting the scaling of deal volume by ensuring operationally sound deal execution and preventing downstream issues through strong process controls and system alignment. - GTM Support: Act as a partner to the GTM teams, providing guidance on pricing structures, contractual terms, packaging, and non-standard deal scenarios.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success to ensure handoff readiness and operational feasibility of signed agreements.
- Deal Acceleration: Identify friction points in the quote-to-cash process and propose improvements to drive efficiency and increase deal velocity.
- Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Monitor deal activity to identify recurring issues, such as approval delays or discounting trends, and flag these to the GTM Ops team to support process improvements.
- Revenue Integrity: Support data accuracy for downstream revenue reporting, billing, and forecasting processes by enforcing consistency across key systems.
- 3+ yrs experience within a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Commercial Finance role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash workflows, CPQ tools, contract lifecycles, and CRM data structures
- Proven ability to manage complexity across markets, products, and pricing models
- You uphold high standards, possess attention to detail, and have excellent written & verbal communication skills with an ability to clearly convey commercial concepts to a variety of stakeholders Experience working in cross-functional environments and managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Familiarity with HubSpot & CPQ platforms (e.g. Subskribe)
- You are thoughtful, kind, empathetic, collaborative, and thrive on continuous learning.
- Bonus : You have a strong interest in technology and AI, and are excited by the opportunity to explore how agents and automation could transform deal desk processes.
