Our client is one of the biggest technological company in the world, and we are immediately looking for a Datacenter Logistics Technician (no IT experience needed) (40 hours, fully on-site) in Eemshaven, Groningen. You will need to be flexible to work occasionally in the weekends.

We're looking for reliable, flexible, and team-oriented individuals to join our client's growing datacenter operations team. No formal IT background is required - just a willingness to learn, follow procedures, being a teamplayer and work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
Position: Datacenter Logistics Technician Location: Eemshaven, Groningen
Offer
Temporary agency contract via Grafton for 40 hours with possible extension via the agency
Start date: ASAP
End date: 31 December 2025
Salary: € 4.000,- gross per month based on 40 hours excl. 8,33% holiday allowance; since we do not have monthly payment system but weekly, this will be € 23,08 gross per hour. There is no travel allowance; salary is including travel expenses! Weekends allowance: Saturday 150% / Sunday 200%.

Responsibilities
Deploy and operate new data center infrastructure after initial infrastructure creation.
Execute operational procedures as part of daily work activities and follow security policies and processes. Create and implement new processes to increase data center efficiency and document and hold learning sessions to ensure others learn new processes and ensure alignment with data security policies and processes.
Communicate with software engineers to resolve issues with data center software and escalate issues as needed.
Report issues and follow data center procedures, troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment or infrastructure as they arise.
Repair, fix, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment, servers, machines, or infrastructure based on identified issues.
Disassemble specific equipment that has reached its end-of-life via part replacement or maintenance.
Support and contribute to the implementation of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and other compliance programs and initiatives in collaboration with other teams (e.g., EHS, Data Center Services), to ensure that environmental and safety incidents are properly investigated, resolved, and reported.
Requirements
Affinity with IT or computers (personal interest or basic knowledge is great!)
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or other physical jobs
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines
A team player with a proactive attitude
Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
