Data Solution Architect

*Data Solution Architect - 6Months (+ extention) - Germany (remote).*

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new contract opportunity for an Data Solution Architect to join one of our key partners for a new Project. The initial contract will be for 6 months with a scope for 12 months.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be remote in Germany.

Specific skills/experience required:

• 5-7 years specifically as a Data Solution Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Pipelines, OneLake).
• Solid practical experience with Azure Databricks (Spark/PySpark, Delta Lake).
• Strong working knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) for orchestration and ETL/ELT.
• Proven experience working with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
• Good understanding of data architecture patterns (data lakehouse, data warehousing, ingestion, transformation).
• Strong SQL
• Experience designing end-to-end data solutions across Azure.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead solution design and guide data engineering teams.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimising data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Azure security, governance, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with German (C1).
• Able to join immediately or within 10 days from offer.

Candidates have to be located in Germany, and can use own limited company or Umbrella company (has to be German company)
