Data Scientist / Applied AI Analyst
London (hybrid) £40k-60k

We're a successful specialist recruitment firm investing seriously in data and AI. We're building a small, high-impact data team and are looking for curious, bright data people who want to work on real commercial problems, not just dashboards.

What you'll do

• Use data, NLP and LLMs to analyse sales and candidate calls
• Turn messy, unstructured data into meaningful insight
• Build predictive models around performance, engagement and outcomes
• Create tools and dashboards that actually change behaviour
• Help decide what to build vs buy as we scale our tech capability

Who this is for

You might be early in your career (1-3 years) and:

• Academically strong (maths, stats, physics, engineering or similar)
• Comfortable with Python/SQL and learning fast
• Intellectually curious and commercially minded
• The kind of person who builds things outside of work for fun
