As part of the Commercial & Institutional Banking (CIB) division, you'll work alongside architecture, engineering and business communities to build sustainable data products and embed a strong data culture. What you'll be doing:- Own the strategy, design and delivery of sustainable consumption data products that drive measurable outcomes.
- Define and implement scalable frameworks that support reuse, interoperability and long-term value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data products with business priorities and user needs.
- Champion data product adoption across CIB to enable data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement a Data Culture strategy that promotes awareness, literacy and engagement.
- Ensure governance, compliance and ethical standards are embedded throughout the data product lifecycle.

What you'll need:- Confirmed experience designing and delivering scalable data products in a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of data product lifecycle management and modern data platforms.
- Expertise in data strategy, governance and metadata management.
- Ability to translate business needs into data product requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Experience driving data culture initiatives and behavioural change.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills.
