Product Lead - Commercial Analytics
Full-Time - Contract - Remote with AdHoc Travel On Site

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Lead of Commercial Analytics to lead our clients data-driven transformation. You'll shape the analytics road map, build high-performing teams, and deliver insights that drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business and tech teams, translating needs into data products.
• Own and evolve the commercial analytics road map (descriptive to prescriptive).
• Identify high-impact use cases and deliver measurable value.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary analytics team.
• Define and govern KPIs aligned with business outcomes.
• Architect scalable analytics solutions and enforce data governance.
• Lead agile project delivery, manage vendors, and oversee budgets.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

What You Bring

• 15+ years in commercial analytics, 5+ in leadership/product roles.
• Proven track record of delivering business value through data.
• Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer analytics.
• Strong product management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Expertise in analytics techniques and storytelling with data.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills

• End-to-end analytics solution delivery.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, IQVIA, TRAX, and marketing automation tools.
