This is a unique role that blends product analysis, project coordination, and agile process management. You will act as the crucial link between our AI developers, the Product Owner and Managers and the wider business, helping to drive our AI initiatives from concept to delivery.This position is perfect for an ambitious individual with a passion for technology and AI who is looking to build a career in product or project management. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our AI products while receiving close mentorship from the AI Product Owner. Agile & Project Coordination Maintain and update our project backlog, user stories, and tasks within Azure DevOps, ensuring all work is visible and accurately tracked. Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure the development team is aligned and unblocked. Track project timelines and sprint progress, proactively identifying risks and dependencies and working with the team to find solutions. Act as a central point of contact for project status updates, ensuring clear communication across the team and with stakeholders. Product & Project Analysis Analyse the performance and impact of our AI products, gathering quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights. Monitor key product metrics and KPIs, creating reports and dashboards to track progress against project goals. Translate complex requirements and data findings into clear, concise information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support the Product Owner in market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Product Strategy & Documentation Assist the Product Owner in developing and maintaining product and feature roadmaps. Contribute to the creation and upkeep of essential product documentation, including feature specifications, project plans, and release notes. Collaborate with the AI team to prepare materials for stakeholder presentations and strategic planning sessions. Example assignments Analyse product performance and usage to give insights on potential quantitative and qualitative value of specific features. Refine AI product backlog at levels from task to feature ensuring user stories are well defined with clear acceptance criteria and are ready for the team to estimate and begin work. Taking ownership of blockers raised by the team and liaising with other teams to resolve issues. Assist in the development of product and feature roadmaps. What We're Looking For Essential Proven experience in a similar role such as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Junior Product Manager, or a similar analytical role within an IT or Data team. A solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Hands-on experience with project management tools, particularly Azure DevOps (or similar like Jira). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data and make recommendations. Excellent organisational and time-management skills; you can effortlessly juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders. A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine curiosity and passion for AI. Desirable Direct experience working with an AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science team. Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI. Experience working in an Agile environment e.g. Scrum. Experience with product roadmapping / process mapping. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a STEM subject (or equivalent). Qualifications related to data analytics, data science or AI are a plus. Competitive Base salary. Discretionary bonus.
