  • Draft and negotiate agreements related to data privacy
  • Develop best practices and practical processes for data privacy within the team and business
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships across the Immediate brands

Candidate requirements include:

  • A qualified lawyer with at least 3 years PQE in a commercial law firm or in-house environment

  • Solid contract law knowledge; IP law experience is a plus
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and relationship skills
  • Team player with high performance under pressure
  • Effective time-management and prioritisation skills, suitable for part-time work
  • Enthusiasm for the business and its growth

Benefits include:

  • Relaxed environment with social events and well-being initiatives
  • 25 days holiday plus your birthday, with office closure over Christmas/New Year
  • Health cash back plan, electric vehicle lease scheme, training resources, flexible/hybrid working, early finish Fridays, cycle-to-work scheme, family policies, pension, and life assurance
  • Modern, collaborative office space
