Data Migration Lead

• Location: Germany (Remote) with occasional travel to the office
• Contract position
• Salary up to 900- 950/Per day
• Language - Good professional/Native German Speaker required

The role focuses on:

• Leading the SAP Data Migration workstream through mock conversions to go-live
• Strong SAP FI/FI-AA and Asset Accounting migration experience
• Data quality, reconciliation, validation, and migration testing
• Coordinating business, finance, functional and technical migration teams
• Working with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services and custom migration solutions
• Supporting cutover readiness and go-live preparation

Must-have:

• Extensive SAP S/4HANA Data Migration experience
• Strong SAP FI/Finance background
• Strong SAP Asset Accounting (FI-AA) experience
• Proven Data Migration Lead/Migration Manager experience
• Experience leading migration through mock cycles - testing - cutover - go-live
• Experience with master + transactional data migration
• Strong experience in data cleansing, validation, reconciliation and sign-off
• Experience coordinating business, functional, finance and technical teams
• Experience managing/steering offshore migration teams
• Experience with complex SAP transformation/Greenfield implementations
• Ability to understand and resolve migration issues from a functional SAP perspective, rather than being purely technical
