Data Migration Lead

£600/day | Remote (UK) | Initial 6-Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive the migration of acquired businesses onto a strategic enterprise platform.

Key Skills & Experience

• 7+ years' experience leading enterprise data migration programmes.
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
• Expertise in data profiling, source-to-target mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation.
• Experience migrating data into Salesforce and finance/ERP platforms, ideally Sage Intacct.
• Practical experience working with source systems such as SAP, SugarCRM, Zendesk, HubSpot, and other enterprise applications.
• Proven track record delivering migration cutovers, rehearsals, and data quality assurance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Desirable

• M&A integration or platform consolidation experience.
• DBT and modern data engineering practices.
• Agile/SAFe delivery experience.

This is a hands-on role requiring both technical expertise and the ability to lead complex migration workstreams from discovery through to cutover.
