Requirements

• Proven experience in data migration projects within Banking/Wealth Management
• Strong understanding of migration life cycles and reconciliation methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate large volumes of information into concise insights and actions
• Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and automation approaches
• Tableau dashboard development
• Experience in large-scale banking transformation programmes
