Data Manager

*Data Manager - 6-12 months+ - Paris (Hybrid)*

RED is currently supporting a global organization, and we are looking for an experienced Data Manager to join an ongoing engagement within a consumer-focused environment.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6-12 months+

Location: Hybrid - Paris, France (1-2 days a week on-site)

Language: English

Key Responsibilities:

* Translate business requirements into practical and scalable data solutions

* Design and structure end-to-end data solution architectures

* Propose innovative approaches beyond standard reporting

* Take ownership of solution design, not just documentation

* Define what should change in current data processes and why

* Work with platforms such as Sabre, Microsoft Fabric, and other data tools

* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

* Drive improvements in data platforms and solution frameworks

Key Requirements:

* Strong hands-on experience in data solution design or data engineering

* Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

* Experience with modern data platforms (eg Microsoft Fabric, similar ecosystems)

* Ability to work independently and lead solution design discussions

* Experience working in complex or enterprise environments

* Strong stakeholder communication skills

* Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and improvement
