Data Maintenance Support

We're looking for a Data Maintenance Support!

This role ensures accurate supplier data, driving efficiency, compliance, and informed decision-making. Ideal for someone between studies seeking hands-on experience in data maintenance and GMP processes-a great entry point into the pharmaceutical industry.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Data Maintenance (Maintain and update data in data systems).

GMP Training (Train the teams (like Procurement and Finance) who work with the on the new rules and how to keep the data clean.)

GMP Documentation (Track how the cleanup is going and report the results to management regularly)

Ensuring data integrity (Put checks in place to prevent bad or incomplete information from entering the in the first place).

Must Haves:

Basic federal degree or in-between studies (Bachelor, Master or PhD) - a plus if its relevant within IT field

Strong Computer skills, CSV, data maintenance an advantage

Strong knowledge of google environment (gSheets)

Basic GMP knowledge is a plus

Fluent in German or English
