Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Data Integrity Specialist to ensure that data integrity principles are embedded in all processes and practices at the site. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, conducting quality checks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying risks, implementing solutions, and ensuring inspection readiness.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies related to data integrity.
- Perform regular checks and validations to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and deliver training programs on data integrity best practices.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to address them.
- Oversee proper documentation, including recording, storage, and retrieval of data.
- Investigate and resolve data integrity issues, including breaches or falsifications.
- Lead improvement projects to enhance data integrity processes.
- Validate computerized systems to meet data integrity requirements.
- Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections and audits.
- Generate and review reports and metrics related to data integrity.
- Collaborate with global teams and represent the site in relevant forums.
- Set and prioritize data integrity goals for the site.
- Address findings from internal and external audits with remediation actions.
- Strong understanding of data integrity principles and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with data quality checks, validations, and risk assessments.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Skilled in investigating and resolving data-related issues.
- Knowledge of documentation practices and computerized system validation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive problem solving and decision making abilities.
