- Pay rate: £13.17 per hour
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (on-site at Bridge House)
- Temporary assignment until 31/03/2027, with possibility of extension

Our client is hiring a temporary Medicines Data Information Officer to help ensure medicines and product information is complete, validated and ready to support NHS reimbursement policy and customer requirements.

What you'll be doing:- Identifying and collecting medicines and product information to support NHS reimbursement policy and customer needs
- Analysing and validating data to ensure it's accurate and complete
- Contacting suppliers, manufacturers and contractors by telephone and email to gather information and meet deadlines
- Inputting, updating and amending records accurately on relevant computer systems and databases
- Reviewing incoming information and chasing any missing data where needed
- Liaising with NHSBSA departments and external stakeholders to keep product and data quality high
- Working collaboratively with Medicines Data colleagues to maintain an efficient service
- Managing workload to meet agreed performance and accuracy targets
- Supporting GDPR, information security procedures and relevant policies, contributing to continuous improvement
- Strong administration and data processing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a consistently accurate approach
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using databases and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage priorities effectively
