Data Engineering Lead / Technical Delivery Lead - Hands-on Python & Databricks

£700-£900 per day Inside IR35 6-Month Contract + Extensions London (3 Days Hybrid)

A leading banking client is seeking a Data Engineering Lead / Technical Delivery Lead who can combine hands on Python engineering with leadership and delivery ownership.

You'll lead enterprise data engineering initiatives whilst remaining technically hands on, driving architecture, delivery and engineering best practice across the team.

This role offers a genuine blend of leadership and engineering, with around 30-50% hands on development.
