Data Engineering and Fabric Team Lead

We are currently recruiting a talented MS FABRIC Team Lead to oversee digital data management solutions and application delivery projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how technology supports business transformation across diverse clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles-from initial consultancy and design to implementation and handover-ensuring timely, within-budget, high-quality system delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and manage project scope, objectives, and outcomes aligned with client goals.
2. Develop and oversee project structures tailored to each engagement's complexity.
3. Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
4. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, including escalation procedures.
5. Provide regular reports on project progress and performance.
6. Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
7. Manage procurement and contractual obligations as needed.
8. Ensure deliverables meet business and quality standards, facilitating smooth client ownership post-implementation.
9. Lead project teams with transparency, control, and collaboration.
10. Forecast resource needs and coordinate demands across teams.
