Data Engineer

*Data Engineer (Azure) - EU - 6 months- Remote*

For our international client, RED is currently looking for a Data Engineer to join a Business Transformation Solutions (BTS) project.

The consultant is expected to start ASAP for an initial 6-month contract with potential extension. The role is fully remote but requires you to be based within the EU.

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or Scala
• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT design and development
• Solid experience working with relational and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with ML Ops principles and Azure ML
• Strong communication in English (written and verbal)
• Must be based in the European Union
