AUTOMATION & FACTORIES

The Automation and Factories Division is a vital part of the BNP Paribas IT Group, operating within IT Transversal and Functions. Our primary responsibility is to ensure that all IT programs, projects, and initiatives align seamlessly with the strategic objectives of ITTF (IT Transversal and Functions). This includes areas such as architecture governance, data custody, application portfolio management, tooling, robotics, and project management.

REPORT TO

The position is within IT Transversal & Functions hub in Madrid, under the supervision of ITTF Automation & Factories manager in Madrid, with a functional link to the head of Conception & Factory in Paris.

ABOUT THE JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate projects and applications required data management documentation collection with applications managers.
• Guarantee that data legislations constraints (ex : GDPR) are embedded within ITTF applications
• Produce projects reviews from a data management / data protection point of view
• Maintain data management documentation (Excel and Archi tools)
• Guarantee documentation quality
• Produce data management KPIs
• Coordinate activities with ITG central data team and business functions
• Ensure applications and projects managers support on data subject
• Contribute to data management training sessions
• Help transferring application documentation in upcoming group tool

REQUIREMENTS

Studies

• University Graduate

Tools

• Pack MS Office (Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint)
• General knowledge on data management (Application data documentation, GDPR, data protection, etc.
• Power BI (nice to have)
• Knowledge of Colibra (nice to have)

Experience

• 2 - 5 years on a similar rol

Languages

• English is a must
• French is a nice to have
