Data Centre Project Lead - PM/Associate Director

Radius Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Data Centre Project Manager/Associate Director to lead Data Centre new builds from RIBA stages 1-4, with emphasis on planning, regulation compliance, and coordinating with third-party principal contractors.

You will develop detailed project programmes, manage procurement, cost control, design management, risk and change control, and contract administration while mentoring other project managers and applying commercial awareness across MEP / M&E.
