For our client, an international tech company, we are filling the following position with immediate effect:

Data Center Technician (m/f/d) Logistics Support

YOUR TASKS

• Performs assigned tasks and escalates issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations
• Leverages process knowledge and best judgment to complete next task without direct supervision
• Coordinates, prepares, and executes incoming/outgoing deliveries (e.g. purchase order receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor activities)
• Ensures complete and detailed physical inventory tracking and staging
• Performs inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various data center regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity
• Performs material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per standard process
• Ensures detailed physical inventory tracking and staging
• Performs destruction of data bearing devices following all documented procedures and runbooks

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma and first experience in warehouse/supply chain in an information technology environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field
• Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Previous datacenter experience a plus
• Logistical background (warehouse, data centre)
• Manual/physical labour experience
• Strong written and spoken English skills required
