The Role

As the Academy Data & Compliance Administrator, you will provide vital support across our systems, schedules, and compliance records. Working collaboratively with The Academy team, your focus will be on maintaining data integrity, coordinating key events, and keeping operational processes running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate records, manage systems, and ensure strict compliance standards.

Apprenticeship Administration: Oversee application, interview, and enrolment processes for incoming apprentices.

Scheduling & Events: Manage timetables, organise exams, and coordinate Academy events (including occasional event attendance to represent the business).

Communication & Marketing: Contribute to marketing materials and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.

Safeguarding & Student Welfare: Provide and monitor effective safeguarding support for all apprentices.

Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute ideas to streamline operations and enhance administrative workflows.

Strong IT skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy

The Apprenticeship

We are committed to your ongoing development. In this role, we will fully fund and support you through a relevant qualification tailored to your experience, such as:

Level 3 Business Administration

Level 4 Data Analyst

Functional Skills Level 2 (English & Maths, if required)

You will receive dedicated support from an assigned assessor, structured training sessions, and dedicated off-the-job training time (minimum 20%) to build your portfolio and gain your qualification.

We expect all staff to share our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children/young people, and an enhanced DBS disclosure will be sought by the company.
