What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a two-and-a-half-year programme with rotations across our Chief Data Office.
  • Learn from industry experts in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Insights.
  • Build essential skills from creating data pipelines and analysing data to presenting insights and developing machine learning models.
  • Engage in an in-house training programme focused on technical and personal skills development and connect with graduates from across the UK business as part of a wider community.
  • Gain certifications in leading cloud technologies and deliver value for the business.
  • Be empowered to own your development with support from colleagues across our central data function and the Data & Analytics Graduate community.
  • Drive real change by using data to power decision-making and shape the future of Zurich.

What you'll need
  • Strong numeracy, curiosity about data, and passion for using data to create value.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team; comfortable coding, problem solving, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Hybrid working; should be within a commutable distance to the stated office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build strong working relationships.
Entry Requirements
  • Recent or on-track to achieve a 2.1 (or above) from your bachelor's or equivalent degree (within the last three years).
  • A minimum of 96 UCAS points from 3 A-Level subjects (or equivalent).
  • A minimum C/4 grade in English & Maths at GCSE level (or equivalent).
  • Indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK. No sponsorship accepted. Resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years.
