Data Analytics/HR Requirement Consultant

Data Analytics & HR - 9 months - Remote - Start March

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced Data Analytics/Requirement Consultant with experience in the HR or Employee Experience space. The project aims to create a stand-out, simplified employee experience via Real Time listening and continuous improvement.

Your main task is to support the client in the definition of reporting requirements, the management of technical validation activities, and the implementation of governance frameworks to optimize employee life cycle journeys and AI-driven feedback loops.

Tasks:

* Elicitation and documentation of technical requirements

* Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data

* Creation of mechanisms and technical structures

* Planning and coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

* Implementation of the HR Employee operating model

* Documentation and maintenance of governance standards

* Tracking and documentation of journey status changes

* Creation of workshop materials and the documentation of sessions

Requirements:

* Strong experience in Data Analytics

* Project experience with HR Employee Experience Programs - preferred but not a must

* Strong project experience as a HR consultant - preferred

* Experience in Analysing Data

* Experience with Governance Frameworks

* Understanding of Tableau, Foundry and Data integration - plus

* Fluency in English

Project details:

* Start: March

* Duration: 9 months (+ option to extend)

* Workload: 5 days per week

* Location: 100% remote (European based only)

* Languages: Fluency in English
