As part of the Amazon Healthcare Finance Operations Services team, you will work with talented professionals committed to driving financial improvement, scalability, and process excellence. To support Amazon Healthcare's growth, candidates must have a strong passion for accountability, high standards, raising the bar, and driving results through continuous improvement of operations, systems, and processes.
Success in this role requires being a proven leader, diligent task manager, effective communicator, and problem solver. You will handle large, complex initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and advocate for customers. Ideal candidates will leverage data, analytics, and engineering to implement change based on insights.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 1+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in defining requirements and using data and metrics to derive business insights
- Proficiency with SQL or ETL processes
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI packages
- Experience with Alteryx
- Experience working with large datasets
- 1+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in revenue cycle management
