Data Analytics & Reporting Manager

What is the opportunity?

This is an opportunity to join a growing Group Procurement function undergoing significant transformation.

The Data Analytics & Reporting Manager leads a small team to deliver world-class, actionable procurement insights through data analytics, reporting, and dashboards. The role partners with procurement, finance, and other collaborators to drive data-led decisions, cost control, and performance improvement across the source-to-pay lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

• Lead procurement analytics, ensuring detailed data collection and insight generation to identify trends, risks, and cost-optimisation opportunities.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting on spend, savings and benefits realisation, compliance, and supplier performance and risk.
• Provide procurement leadership with actionable insights and maintain the category taxonomy.
• Analyse the contract pipeline to give a strategic view of upcoming expiries and activity.
• Use data to identify process inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and procurement and supplier risks, recommending mitigation actions.
• Support the adoption of advanced analytics tools and work cross-functionally to align insights with procurement processes and policies.
• Partner with procurement leadership to define reporting needs and present clear, actionable insights to senior collaborators.
• Provide tailored analysis to support category managers and buyers, working closely with Finance to align data with financial reporting and forecasts.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a small analytics team, encouraging performance, growth, and a collaborative, high-achieving culture.

What will make you stand out?

Proven experience in data analytics, including procurement or supply chain analytics, within Financial Services or Asset/Wealth Management.

Strong expertise in analytics tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, SAS) and advanced analytical techniques.

Experience leading analytics initiatives and translating insights into strategic, business-aligned recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop analysts, with strong communication and influencing skills across functions.

Desirable skills and experience

• Experience across Source-to-Pay processes (Sourcing, Contracts, P2P)
• Experience integrating Coupa data with ERP or finance systems
• Knowledge of procurement benchmarks, savings methodologies, and compliance

This is a hybrid role, based primarily at Baggot plaza, Dublin. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in-person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
