Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst to work a 6-month contract for our client 1-2 days per week onsite in Reading.

Description

Manage the design, implementation and maintenance of HR services, processes, data and systems, working to agreed service levels and delivering a customer centric service. Assess and maintain the quality of HR data within our HRIS, providing analysis and representation to support the business to gain insight from its data.

Main requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working with metrics
  • Experience in an HR or HR operations environment with exposure to HR data and systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent, or similar).
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to Team as requested.

Essential

  • Experience in an HR or HR operations environment with exposure to HR data and systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working with metrics
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to Team. No external presentations required
  • Can articulate to non-tech stakeholders.
  • Articulation of data as requested, eg burn down, MI, graphs, quality reviews, and audit.
  • Experience improving processes or supporting HR system enhancements.
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving
  • Planning and organisation

Desirable:

  • Experience creating dashboards (Power BI is a plus).
  • Experience working in a secure, government or regulated environment.
  • Understanding of HR policies, processes and data definitions.
