Purpose of the role
Brook is looking for a Data Analyst and Research Lead who will understand, manipulate, and accurately analyse data to provide insight to internal and external audiences. By presenting data in a way that is accessible and visual, the Data Analyst and Research Lead will make complex topics easy to understand, including for non-specialist audiences. The role will support Brook to become an authority and thought leader in sexual health and wellbeing by driving best research and evaluation practices.
Key requirements- A strong track record of developing interactive data visualisations, preferably in Power BI
- Experience in delivering mixed methods research projects
- Coding and programming skills for data and analytics, such as SQL, DAX, and R
- Excellent understanding of the research, impact, and policy agenda, and how the voluntary sector contributes to social impact research
