Data Analyst

*Data Analyst - 6 months + - Paris, France (Hybrid)*

RED Global is currently supporting an end client in their search for a Data Analyst to join their data and analytics team on a hybrid contract based in Paris.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and Data Engineers to design and deliver Power BI reporting solutions, supporting data-driven decision making within an Agile environment.

* Start: ASAP

* Duration: 6 months (potential extension)

* Location: Paris, France (3 days onsite/2 days remote)

* Language: French & English

Key requirements:

* 2-3+ years' experience as a Data Analyst

* Strong Power BI experience including Power Query, DAX, data modelling, Power BI Service and Row-Level Security (RLS)

* Good understanding of SQL and dimensional modelling (Kimball, Star Schema)

* Experience gathering and analysing business requirements

* Ability to work closely with Data Engineers and business stakeholders

* Ideally experience with or knowledge of Data Fabric architecture

* Understanding of data governance concepts including data quality and MDM

* Experience working within Agile/SAFe delivery environments

* Python or R experience is a plus
