Job Description

We are looking for a Tableau Analyst to support data-driven decision making across the business. You will build and maintain dashboards used by Commercial and Operational teams, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimise Tableau dashboards for:
  • - Betting turnover, revenue, margin
  • - Customer behaviour and segmentation
  • - Promotions and marketing performance
  • - Trading and risk metrics
  • Work with stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, Finance) to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualisations.
  • Digital analytics - review mobile app and website performance, conversion rates/engagement metrics (Raceday Ready)
  • Perform deep dives into specific areas of the business.
  • Monitor data quality issues and help resolve them.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests
Required Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Relevant experience in a data analyst / BI analyst role
  • Strong hands on experience with Tableau Desktop
  • Good SQL skills (joins, aggregations)
  • Experience working with large datasets
  • Strong data visualisation and storytelling skills
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non technical stakeholders

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience within and a passion for the industry.
  • Numeric or analytical degree.
  • Familiarity with betting concepts such as stakes, margin and knowledge of pool betting.
