We're hiring a Data Analyst to help turn data into decisions across our fast-growing fintech

Our fintech rocketship is picking up speed - and we're looking for a sharp, curious Data Analyst to join us and make sense of the numbers behind the mission. This role is a great fit for someone who loves working cross-functionally and wants to see their insights have a real impact on product, growth, and strategy.

You'll help us better understand our customers, product performance, and commercial opportunities. You'll be comfortable digging into raw data, spotting patterns, and presenting insights clearly to technical and non-technical teams alike.

We're remote-first with access to office spaces around London, so this role can be remote, hybrid or office-based - whatever suits you best.

What you'll be working on

Analyse user behaviour, customer journeys and product engagement

Build dashboards and automated reporting to track key KPIs

Support our sales and partnership team with insight-led materials and reporting

Work with the product team to test hypotheses, evaluate experiments and prioritise features

Help identify new business opportunities and measure the success of ongoing initiatives

Own and evolve our analytics stack and data pipeline (e.g., Looker Studio, SQL, BigQuery, GA, Mixpanel, etc.)
