Job Title: Data Analyst - Banking Products & Strategy Support

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Data Analyst to support our daily banking product team and strategy execution across our branch network.

Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in translating our daily banking product and owner strategy into actionable insights for our branch network. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making through data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate product and strategy goals into measurable KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and branch performance to support strategic initiatives.
• Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Cognos, and Excel.
• Develop and maintain data queries using SQL, SAS, and Python to extract and analyze data from various sources.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability for key stakeholders.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a data analyst or business analyst role, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Experienced in SQL, SAS, Excel, Cognos, Power BI, and Python.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and compelling stories for business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
