Introducing hyble!

Things move quickly at hyble! We're a team of passionate individuals who love what we do and are always striving for the best. If you're looking for a company that values your contributions and offers exciting challenges, this might be the place for you.

We're a fast-growing marketing technology company serving customers in over 50 countries.

Just six years ago, we were a tight-knit team of 12 crammed into a tiny office in a start-up incubator. Fast forward to today, and we've transformed into a dynamic team of over 90 passionate individuals spanning three continents partnering with some of the world's biggest alcoholic beverage brands.

Right now, we're expanding rapidly into North America as a result of signing a transformational contract with the largest Wine and Spirits Distributor in the USA, who also happens to be the 11th biggest privately owned company in the US.

Our Purpose

Our goal is to create a lasting positive impact by disrupting a traditional industry that's operated the same way for over 50 years.

It blows our minds that sales reps have to spend weeks creating something as simple as a poster. And we're horrified by the amount of obsolete Point of Sale we see being sent to landfill. So, we're on a mission to solve these issues once and for all.

Our technology platform "Hyble" empowers sales reps in the beverage industry to create on-demand marketing materials that are both brand-compliant and tailored for the specific account. Combined with our enterprise services, which enable the change management process and our cloud printing model that enables rapid turnaround print, we have a game-changing solution that the market is screaming out for.

This innovative approach makes sales reps lives easier by allowing them to support more accounts in less time while also drastically reducing the production of generic marketing content that often ends up in landfill.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Data Analyst at Hyble, you will play a critical role in our journey to leverage data for genuine product and business insights, moving significantly beyond basic commercial and performance dashboards.

You will have the unique opportunity to work with and creatively apply data from our new, integrated MS Fabric data platform, exploring rich datasets from various sources to uncover meaningful patterns and trends.

Your core focus will be conducting deep-dive analysis into product usage, customer behaviour, market trends, and business performance, translating complex questions into clear analytical frameworks and delivering compelling findings. This involves defining, monitoring, and analysing key metrics that inform strategic decisions, and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to understand their data needs and deliver targeted, impactful analysis.

While part of a wider Data and AI team, you'll often operate as the primary analyst, requiring you to be a proactive self-starter, comfortable learning new concepts and owning projects from start to finish. A key aspect of this role will be your comfort with exploring and applying AI tools and techniques to enhance your analytical processes, automate tasks, and significantly multiply your overall impact.

What your responsibilities will be
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets.
  • Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards that communicate key performance indicators and strategic insights.
  • Synthesise findings into clear narratives and presentations, effectively communicating insights to diverse audiences.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our data models and pipelines from an analyst's perspective, helping ensure data is structured optimally for analysis.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations that influence product development, business operations, and strategic planning.
  • Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for the wider business, driving data literacy and adoption.
  • Stay abreast of emerging analytical techniques and tools, including advancements in AI applications for data analysis.
What you'll bring
  • Proven experience delivering impactful data insights that have influenced business or product decisions.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience of Python for data analysis, statistical modelling, and automation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Looker) with a focus on creating insightful and clear visualisations, as well as coaching others on how to get the most value from these tools.
  • Ability and willingness to understand the underlying data infrastructure and contribute to data engineering efforts when appropriate (e.g., helping define data models, contributing small scripts).
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, work independently, and take ownership of analytical projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to self-manage workload, set clear expectations with stakeholders and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively about data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts and insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable operating both independently as the primary analyst and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
